Job Role: GAP Learning Analytics Support Officer

Department: Academy for Learning and Teaching Excellence

Location: Luton and Bedford Campus 

Salary: £12.01 per hour 

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (October 2024 – April 2025)

To be eligible to apply you must be a graduate who received an Undergraduate Honours degree from the University of Bedfordshire between January – July 2024. 

 

About the Learning Analytics Support Officer placement

The Learning Analytics Support Officer with the support of the Digital Learning team - will undertake to training of staff and students on the MyEngagement dashboard, from the official launch of the platform.

On some occasion, the Learning Analytics Support Officer would be expected to deliver training and carry out user surveys in both the Luton and Bedford campuses. Thus, being able to travel to either of these campuses is desirable.

In addition, the successful candidate would be expected to support user requires on the ICT ticketing system – Topdesk – triaging tickets to the appropriate team or staff member to resolve.

Eligibility

The GAP is open to any graduate who undertook an undergraduate (BA/BSc/BEng/LLB) course at the University of Bedfordshire on either a full or a part time basis, and were awarded their honours degree between January and July 2024.

You will not be eligible to apply if you are currently or will be undertaking any postgraduate study at the University of Bedfordshire or another university during the period of the placement.

We are not able to accept applications from current registered students at the University of Bedfordshire.
