Job Role: GAP Marketing Executive

Department: Recruitment, Outreach, Admissions and Marketing (ROAM)

Location: Luton Campus 

Salary: £12.01 per hour 

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (October 2024 – April 2025)

To be eligible to apply you must be a graduate who received an Undergraduate Honours degree from the University of Bedfordshire between January – July 2024.

The post holder will cover a broad range of areas including design work for print and digital, content creation (video and photo), communications, web editing, and administrative tasks. Training will be provided for any of these areas if needed.

The post holder will also work with, support and recruit current students to generate content and sentiment for our social media platforms and student influencing sites.

About the Recruitment, Outreach, Admissions and Marketing (ROAM) Department 

The University’s Marketing Team is based in the Directorate of Recruitment, Outreach, Admissions and Marketing (ROAM). The Directorate is responsible for the recruitment of Home Students, but work closely with the International Office on shared goals.

In additional to home recruitment and admission, ROAM have responsibility for the Outreach and schools liaison and lead on recruitment events at the University, in schools and colleges and throughout the UK. The Directorate also have responsibility for the University’s marketing, visual identity and brand development.

Eligibility

The GAP is open to any graduate who undertook an undergraduate (BA/BSc/BEng/LLB) course at the University of Bedfordshire on either a full or a part time basis, and were awarded their honours degree between January and July 2024.

You will not be eligible to apply if you are currently or will be undertaking any postgraduate study at the University of Bedfordshire or another university during the period of the placement.
