GAP Graduate Progression Assistant

Job Role: GAP Graduate Progression Assistant 

Department: Careers and Employability Service 

Location: Luton Campus 

Salary: £12.01 per hour 

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (October 2024 – April 2025)

To be eligible to apply you must be a graduate who received an Undergraduate Honours degree from the University of Bedfordshire between January – July 2024. 

 

About the Graduate Progression Assistant placement

If you answered ‘Yes’ to the above questions, this role could be for you! 

Working with the Careers Team you will support the delivery of the new Succeed Beyond Beds Graduate survey. 

The survey will explore the destinations that University of Bedfordshire Graduates have progressed to and signpost graduates who need advice to the wider Careers Team. You will have a diverse range of responsibilities including administration, data collection via online forms and telephone calls and data analysis and reporting. 

You will also support the administrative functions of the team, and work closely with the Graduate Skills and Projects Administrator and Careers Student Engagement Assistant to promote the range of ongoing careers support available to graduates

Eligibility

The GAP is open to any graduate who undertook an undergraduate (BA/BSc/BEng/LLB) course at the University of Bedfordshire on either a full or a part time basis, and were awarded their honours degree between January and July 2024.

You will not be eligible to apply if you are currently or will be undertaking any postgraduate study at the University of Bedfordshire or another university during the period of the placement.

We are not able to accept applications from current registered students at the University of Bedfordshire.
