GAP Applied Social Studies Graduate Researcher

Job Role: GAP Applied Social Studies Graduate Researcher

Department: School of Applied Social Sciences 

Location: Luton and Bedford Campus 

Salary: £12.01 per hour 

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (October 2024 – April 2025)

To be eligible to apply you must be a graduate who received an Undergraduate Honours degree from the University of Bedfordshire between January – July 2024. 

 

About the GAP Applied Social Studies Graduate Researcher Placement 

The Applied Social Studies Graduate Researcher will develop a short research project (for example, building upon their final year project/dissertation), work within existing research projects, or in partnership with one of our partners in the volunteering sector.

The Applied Social Studies Graduate Researcher will receive support and supervision from senior research staff within the School of Applied Social Sciences and/or other schools/departments at the University.

Eligibility

The GAP is open to any graduate who undertook an undergraduate (BA/BSc/BEng/LLB) course at the University of Bedfordshire on either a full or a part time basis, and were awarded their honours degree between January and July 2024.

You will not be eligible to apply if you are currently or will be undertaking any postgraduate study at the University of Bedfordshire or another university during the period of the placement.

We are not able to accept applications from current registered students at the University of Bedfordshire.
